The manager was the best, went in super last min in need of bags to transport fish. He knew exactly what we needed and since it was just something they had on hand he hooked us up. “For the fish” he said. 10/10 service

I’ve taken my doodle to a few groomers around Seattle, and Daniel has done the best job so far. Most places gave my dog the same quick, clipper-heavy doodle cut, but he’s really good with scissors and pays attention to the shape and little details, even if it takes a bit longer. He always gets the face right, everything blends well, and my dog still looks like himself. He’s also easy to talk to and really sweet with my dog. Honestly, it’s not cheap, but I think it’s worth it. I drive about 30 minutes for the grooming, and it’s worth the trip. I also just like the neighborhood feel of this place. They remember people and their pets, and it feels way more personal than most chain stores.

I've been to Pet Supplies Plus twice now and had great experiences both times. Each time I've gone I've noticed how clean the store is - not just visually but it also smells clean too. The store is well maintained and there's a surprising amount of options. They have many different kinds of dog food, beds, and toys. There's a lot to look at yet all the aisles and products are neatly organized and it's easy to find what you're looking for. On my second visit I went in looking for a dog bed and right away two guys that worked there (Chris and Eli) both politely asked if they could help me find anything. To be honest, I have sort of given up hope of getting good (and prompt) customer service anywhere these days but I was pleasantly surprised here. Both the employees I met were personable, attentive, kind, and funny. My dog is a dachshund mix and he likes to "burrow". They helped me pick out the perfect bed for him. The bed I got is called Play On Burrow Bed. Chris told me his dog had one and loved it. Excellent recommendation because just three days in and that bed is my dog's new happy place. The store is conveniently located at the north end of Factoria Mall right by the Amazon

I've shopped here a couple times and they have a great selection! Today I used their self-wash for the first time. The cashier was very nice and let me know I could save some money by buying a punch card! I had 3 dogs to wash and they were understanding about me coming in and out of the store 3 separate times to wash each one. All of the staff working was kind to my dogs and the wash area was very clean! We had a great experience even though my dogs were not happy to get clean 🤣

We love this place. It where we get our gorgeous boy groomed. Their pricing is the best in the area. Their toy selection is great. They have a lot of wonderful treats. And the staff is super nice. Attached are the many examples of treats, toys and phenomenal groomers (also quick: the person who grooms my dog, Peanut and helped him with his anxiety. Thank you, you've help him so much and he looks so cute after). Anyways. Highly recommend coming here!
